3. Orders & Acceptance Policy

Submitting an order online or via email does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are confirmed only through an official Proforma Invoice or Sales Confirmation issued by WhgAuto. We may limit or refuse orders based on product availability, credit status, or prior account history.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in USD (unless otherwise agreed) and exclude VAT, import duties, and shipping charges. Accepted payment methods include bank wire transfer, PayPal, or credit card (with applicable fees). Payment deadlines are clearly stated in invoices, and late payments may cause delays. 5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns, Refunds & Damage Claims
